I will agree about using Yukon Gold for roasted potatoes. However you might want to consider German Butterball as they are even darker golden yellow. Yes, I have grown them before and they yield better than Yukon Gold although they are not as widely known. I will definitely have to try this recipe later in the fall. 😋
