Garlic Parmesan Ranch – A creamy ranch base mixed with grated Parmesan, minced garlic, and a hint of black pepper.
Honey Sriracha Mayo – A blend of mayonnaise, honey, and Sriracha for a sweet and spicy kick.
Lemon Herb Aioli – A zesty combination of mayo, fresh lemon juice, garlic, and chopped herbs like parsley and chives.
Spicy BBQ Sauce – A smoky barbecue sauce with added cayenne pepper or hot sauce for extra heat.
Greek Yogurt Honey Mustard – A tangy mix of Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and honey for a healthier take on the classic.
Garlic Parmesan Ranch
A creamy ranch base mixed with grated Parmesan, minced garlic, and a hint of black pepper.
Ingredients:
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
¼ cup buttermilk (adjust for desired consistency)
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried chives
½ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, chives, parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Adjust the thickness by adding more buttermilk if needed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice (optional, for added tang)
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and garlic powder until smooth.
Add lime juice if using, and stir to combine.

A zesty combination of mayo, fresh lemon juice, garlic, and chopped herbs like parsley and chives.
Ingredients:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Add the minced garlic, parsley, and chives, stirring to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Spicy BBQ Sauce
A smoky barbecue sauce with added cayenne pepper or hot sauce for extra heat.
Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
1–2 teaspoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water (optional, for thinning)
Instructions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients.
Stir well and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and let cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Adjust seasoning to taste—add more hot sauce or cayenne for extra heat.
Remove from heat and let cool before using. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
This sauce is perfect for grilled chicken, ribs, pulled pork, or even dipping fries.
Greek Yogurt Honey Mustard
A tangy mix of Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and honey for a healthier take on the classic.
Ingredients:
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Kosher or Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Freshly ground peppercorns
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) until smooth.
Add garlic powder (if using) and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Adjust sweetness or tanginess by adding more honey or vinegar as needed.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a week.
