Kitchen Tools Needed:
Food Processor – To blend the chicken and seasonings into a smooth mixture.
Mixing Bowls – For dredging stations (flour, egg wash, and panko bread crumbs).
Parchment Paper & Baking Tray – To shape and chill the nuggets before frying.
Shallow Frying Pan – For pan-frying the nuggets to crispy perfection.
Tongs – To safely flip and remove nuggets from the hot oil.
Paper Towels & Plate – To drain excess oil after frying.
Measuring Spoons & Cups – For accurate seasoning and breading.

Homemade Chicken Nuggets Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 to 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
For Breading & Frying:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten (for egg wash)
1 cup panko bread crumbs
Neutral oil for frying (vegetable or canola oil)
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Mixture
In a food processor, add chicken thighs, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, sea salt, black pepper, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
Pulse until a smooth but slightly chunky paste forms.
Shape the Nuggets
With damp hands, form small nugget-sized pieces and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to help them firm up.
Bread the Nuggets
Set up a dredging station: one bowl with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko bread crumbs.
Coat each nugget in flour, dip in egg wash, and roll in panko crumbs for a crispy coating.
Pan-Fry the Nuggets
Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a shallow pan over medium heat.
Fry the nuggets in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Drain & Serve
Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
